If you've got a new LTE from us, or if you reset your router to factory settings, you may need to adjust some settings on the router to make it compatible with our network.
Step 1: Log into the router by typing 192.168.8.1 into your browser.
Step 2: Log in with your password written on the back of the router.
Step 3: Navigate to the Network Settings tab > Internet Connection
Step 4: Click the "+" icon next to the Profiles header in the table.
Step 5: Set the Profile Name to "LTE"
Step 6: Set the APN to "businessbb.lte"
Step 7: Leave all the other fields as is and click "Save"
Step 8: Reboot the router once it has saved
If you've followed the above steps correctly your router should now be able to connect to the internet as normal. If the issue persists even after doing this, please contact our technical team at technical@skylite.co for further assistance.
